As a Senior Practitioner, you will be responsible for holding a small caseload of complex cases, providing mentoring and coaching to social workers, and supporting the Team Manager in improving service delivery. You will also contribute to timely care and permanence planning, achieving this through professional and reflective supervision, staff learning and development, and high-quality work production.

You will have excellent leadership skills, a commitment to contributing towards our vision of meeting the holistic needs of our cared for children, and the ability to work collaboratively and creatively to achieve this.
