Position: Temporary Educator

Compensation: £120 - £130 Daily

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide engaging and effective lessons to students during the absence of the regular teacher
  • Adhere to the established curriculum and lesson plans to maintain educational continuity
  • Oversee classroom conduct and foster a supportive learning atmosphere
  • Offer constructive feedback to students to aid their academic development
  • Work collaboratively with fellow educators and school personnel to achieve educational objectives
Essential Qualifications:
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • Enhanced DBS verification
  • Eligibility to work in the UK
Educational Background:
  • Bachelor's degree in Education or a related discipline
Professional Experience:
  • Prior experience in a teaching capacity
  • Experience with diverse student age groups
Skills and Knowledge:
  • Thorough understanding of the national curriculum
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Capability to modify teaching strategies to accommodate individual student needs
  • Proficient classroom management techniques
Desirable Qualifications:
  • Postgraduate Certificate in Education (PGCE)
  • Experience in instructing multiple subjects
Work Environment:
  • Operate within school settings, adhering to the school's schedule
  • Engage with students, parents, and school staff regularly
  • Full-time hours, with potential for additional responsibilities or coverage

All quoted pay rates include 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This position is temporary, with the possibility of transitioning to a permanent role in the future.
