Work Schedule
Our Kitchen and Bar operates daily for breakfast and dinner services, with the majority of shifts occurring in the evening from 2 PM to 10:30 PM, five days a week. Weekend shifts will be scheduled on a rotational basis.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Head Chef in managing daily kitchen operations.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, health regulations, and COSHH standards during service.
- Help monitor and manage costs through responsible ordering from quality suppliers.
- Mentor, train, and develop kitchen staff.
- A minimum of one year of experience in a similar role is preferred.
