Randstad Construction and Property is seeking a skilled Commercial Gas Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our field service team, you will be responsible for planning and executing Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) and reactive repairs to commercial/industrial boilers. Your expertise will ensure the safe and efficient operation of these systems, and you will be responsible for completing inspection and gas safety check certificates and 18th Edition requirements. Key responsibilities include:

* Ensuring PPM is carried out in line with task schedules, frequencies, and industry best practices
* Identifying defects and providing parts lists and estimated timescales for completion
* Ensuring boilers are transported and handled in accordance with current Health & Safety Regulations
* Establishing and maintaining good working relationships with colleagues and customers
* Carrying out installation, repairs, maintenance, and operational duties, working with various systems and reporting as requested

The ideal candidate will have domestic gas qualifications, 18th edition certification, commercial tickets, and experience working in commercial environments. A driving license, IPAF, and PASMA certifications are also desirable. Additionally, experience with minor electrical and fabric tasks is highly valued.
