Asset and Commercial Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Assets Manager to join our Property team in Central and West England, covering Worcestershire, West Midlands, South West, Cornwall, and the South East (London, Westminster, East, and Home Counties).
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement targeted asset investment plans to enhance the value of our commercial stock.
- Manage the delivery of investment and cyclical programmes within agreed budgets, ensuring timely completion of projects.
- Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, identifying and addressing any service delivery shortfalls.
- Encourage client involvement and feedback to ensure capital and revenue projects meet customer needs.
- Provide business partnering support to staff across the commercial business, addressing property-related matters, including repairs, maintenance, and compliance.
- Ensure routine stock condition surveys, inspections, and legal notices are completed in a timely manner.
- Maintain accurate and robust data on commercial property assets to inform strategic portfolio reviews and investment programmes.
- RICS Associate status or equivalent.
- Recent experience in a similar role.
- Technical report and committee report writing experience.
- Strong knowledge of building regulations, legislation, and current practice.
- Excellent organisational, project management, and planning skills.
- Ability to present recommendations based on analysis, logic, and evidence.
- Experience with stock condition software systems.
- Working knowledge of the construction and housing industries.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel.
