Job Title: Global Facade Director

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Global Facade Director to lead our facade design team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in structural engineering and a proven track record of delivering high-quality facade designs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement facade design strategies that meet client needs and company goals.
  • Lead a team of facade designers and engineers to deliver high-quality designs and projects on time and within budget.
  • Collaborate with clients, architects, and engineers to ensure seamless project delivery.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, technologies, and best practices to continuously improve facade design and delivery.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members to ensure successful project outcomes.

Requirements:

  • 20+ years of experience in facade design and delivery.
  • Strong background in structural engineering and facade design.
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality facade designs and projects.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Strong knowledge of facade design software, including ETABS, SAFE, and STAADPRO.
