Group Head of Imaging Services

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our Imaging Division as the Group Head of Imaging. This is a senior leadership position that requires a strong operational presence, influencing to ensure the provision of a safe, effective service for our patients.
Key Responsibilities- Provide professional, managerial, and clinical leadership across the imaging service.
- Lead with a strong operational presence, influencing to ensure the provision of a safe, effective service for our patients.
- Be an integral member of the leadership team taking an active role in developing imaging services and achieving agreed targets.
- Support the workforce strategy and take the lead on imaging recruitment and retention, ensuring the workforce maintains national standards for safe staffing.
- Be a key influencer in progressing service developments that reflect professional, clinical, and corporate objectives.
Qualifications
- MA / MSc or completion of postgraduate leadership / management course.
Experience
- Significant and proven financial/business acumen.
Skills
- Possess a wide range of interpersonal skills including ability to prioritise, delegate, negotiate, advise and motivate.
