About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Logistics Recruitment Specialist to join our team at Ignition Driver Recruitment. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and delivering exceptional results in the HGV driver recruitment sector.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive new business growth and expand our client base.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, identifying opportunities for organic growth and upselling services.
  • Recruit, book, and manage HGV drivers, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Manage and process payroll on a weekly basis, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Engage with clients and candidates through regular communication, providing exceptional customer service and support.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of new business initiatives.
Requirements
  • Proven experience working in the HGV driver recruitment sector, with a strong understanding of the industry and its challenges.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and candidates.
  • Ability to work under pressure, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with a pragmatic approach to resolving complex issues.
  • Knowledge of relevant legislation and regulations, including WTD and HGV license requirements.
