Job Title: Senior Advanced Neonatal Nurse Practitioner

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Advanced Neonatal Nurse Practitioner to join our team at the Northern Care Alliance NHS Foundation Trust. The successful candidate will work within the Neonatology Directorate, part of the Perinatal Division, at The Royal Oldham Hospital on the Level 3 Neonatal Unit.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Contribute to the delivery of a responsive, high-quality neonatal service as part of the Tier 2 medical rota.
  • Take on leadership skills and contribute to quality improvement projects, research, audit, and service development.
  • Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care for a range of neonates, using advanced skills and knowledge.
  • Perform neonatal invasive procedures in the care of infants and request and review investigations to initiate, alter, or update medical management plans.
Person Specification:
  • NMC registration.
  • MSc / Level 7 Advanced Practice Neonatal.
  • ANNP practice minimum 5 years.
