About the Role

We're looking for a talented and enthusiastic individual to join our Bar and Waiting Team as a Front of House Team Member. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding customer service and ensure that every guest leaves feeling valued and satisfied.
  • Work collaboratively with the management team and other staff members to achieve our goals and objectives.
  • Adapt your style and approach to meet the needs of different customers and situations.
  • Contribute to the success of our business by delivering high-quality service and promoting a positive image of our brand.
