Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the delivery of a broad range of corporate tax advisory services, including tax planning, compliance, and dispute resolution.
- Manage and develop a high-performing tax team, providing guidance and support to ensure the delivery of exceptional results.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, identifying and capitalizing on business development opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant tax legislation and regulations, staying up-to-date with changes in tax law and their potential implications for clients.
- Contribute to the overall strategic direction of the tax department, providing input on business growth and development initiatives.
- Represent the company at industry events and forums, promoting the company's expertise and thought leadership.
Requirements
- ACA / CTA qualified with a strong background in corporate tax.
- Demonstrable experience in a leadership role, with a proven track record of managing high-performing teams.
- Excellent client relationship management skills, with a strong ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- A results-driven approach, with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Strong business development skills, with a proven ability to identify and capitalize on business opportunities.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex tax concepts to clients and stakeholders.
