Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at Haven. As a key member of our Food and Beverage team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of one of our branded quick-service restaurants (QSR) venues on site.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the overall performance of the QSR venue, ensuring it operates within budget and meets our high standards of quality and customer service.
  • Lead and motivate a team of staff to achieve sales targets, manage stock, and maintain a safe and secure environment for customers and staff.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth, improve customer satisfaction, and increase operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of services and products to customers.
  • Monitor and control costs, manage inventory, and maintain accurate records and reports.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer complaints and feedback in a professional and timely manner.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in the food and beverage industry.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, staff, and other stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
