Role Overview:

As a Building Surveyor at Boddy and Edwards, you will play a key role in providing expert building surveying services, driving business growth, and fostering strong client relationships. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting comprehensive building surveys, inspections, and condition reports to identify potential issues and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Providing expert advice on property acquisition, refurbishment, and maintenance to clients, ensuring that their commercial properties are optimized for maximum value.
  • Managing and coordinating refurbishment and fit-out projects, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery to meet client needs.
  • Approving and monitoring tenant licenses for alterations to ensure compliance with regulations and company policies.
  • Collaborating with other departments to deliver integrated property solutions that meet client objectives.

Qualifications and Experience:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in Building Surveying or a related field.
