Quality Technician Position
Join BMR Solutions Ltd as a Quality Technician, where you will play a vital role in ensuring product excellence.

Location: Plymouth, UK
Salary: £12.50-£15ph DOE + Shift + Pension + Holiday + Bank Holidays + Life Insurance + Wellness Programme + Monthly Bonus (based on production) + Additional Benefits.

Working Hours: Monday to Friday - 15:00 - 23:00

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct daily and weekly audits, reporting on failures and internal complaints.
- Perform audits across various departments including Sheet Metal, Paint, and Assembly.
- Support and facilitate internal problem-solving initiatives.
- Lead and engage in continuous improvement projects, including Six Sigma.
- Measure parts and generate comprehensive reports.
- Organize and deliver quality training across all departments as required.
- Execute root cause analysis to address customer and internal concerns.

Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will possess:
- A mechanical engineering ONC or relevant experience in quality assurance roles.
- A City & Guilds 743 Quality Assurance Qualification or equivalent.
- Experience with quality audits, specifically to ISO 19011:2011 standards.

Skills:
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
- Proven ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Flexibility and a proactive approach, including willingness to work overtime or weekends as needed.
