Job Overview:

As a Building Safety Technical Specialist, you will collaborate with compliance colleagues to oversee the specialist function of Building Safety Management. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that the Council adheres to the Building Safety Act and remains updated with the necessary legislation while following best practices.

Your role will involve ensuring that building safety is thoroughly inspected, managed, and maintained in accordance with the Building Safety Act and relevant fire and structural safety regulations.

You will engage with colleagues across the organization and with external partners as a catalyst for change, aiming to achieve positive outcomes for our community.
