Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Manager to join our team at ABL Recruitment. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for managing the delivery of multi-channel campaigns to recruit associates to our clients' fulfilment centres across Europe.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Develop and execute cross-functional campaign plans to achieve key performance metric goals, ensuring application delivery is at the right level and campaigns launch according to business need.
  • Analyse performance data to evaluate appropriate marketing direction to solve hiring demand for the business.
  • Partner with internal Performance Marketing team and Hiring Agencies for campaign planning and delivery, ensuring efficiency through campaign optimisation.
  • Act as Marketing lead for business stakeholders to build awareness, drive adoption, articulate trade-offs, and communicate Marketing initiatives, plans and progress.

**Requirements:**

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent working experience.
  • Experience in performance marketing (preferred) or lead generation marketing.
  • Experience in planning and executing paid marketing campaigns.
  • Experience in using data or anecdotal evidence to influence business decisions.
  • Experience in campaign monitoring, working with dashboards and Microsoft Excel.
  • Experience managing projects with a wide range of stakeholders, including your peers and leadership.
  • Proficiency in written and verbal English.

**Preferred Qualifications:**

  • Understanding of recruitment marketing and/or staffing processes and nuances in local labour markets.
  • Experience working in an international environment.
  • Experience in project management.
