Key Responsibilities- Backlog Management: Ensure the IT backlog is maintained, prioritized, and aligned to business needs, with EPICs and User Stories developed and accepted by the IT scrum teams.
- Product Definition: Collaborate with key stakeholders to define Metering, Energy Industry interaction & Billing or Customer Engagement products, and socialize with the teams.
- Technical Expertise: Be the technical expert in IT for Metering, Energy Industry interaction & Billing or Customer Engagement functions.
- Product Roadmap: Evolve the Billing & Customer Care IT product roadmap based on customer, product teams, and business feedback linked to business outcomes.
- Knowledge Management: Ensure that SSE IT has appropriate knowledge and technical coverage of the solution components.
- Platform Oversight: Oversee platform product priorities, resource requirements, and development stages.
- Experience: Experience as a Product Owner delivering platform capabilities, where you've exemplified and promoted Agile values and principles.
- Technical Skills: Demonstrated experience in Microsoft Dynamics to support either the Metering, Energy Industry Interaction & Billing or Customer Engagement functions of UMAX.
- Industry Knowledge: Relevant experience in an Energy utility and/or experience of utility billing platforms.
- Agile Expertise: Strong demonstrated experience of agile processes and principles.
