Job Summary

We are seeking an exceptional Staff Nurse to join our team at Randolph Hill Nursing Homes Group. As a Staff Nurse, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care to our residents, working closely with our multidisciplinary team to ensure the best possible outcomes.

Main Responsibilities

• Provide professional clinical nursing to all residents, adhering to the NMC's code of professional conduct.
• Supervise and support junior staff, promoting a safe and healthy environment for residents, staff, and visitors.
• Delegate daily workload efficiently, ensuring effective use of manpower in the absence of the Home Manager.
• Maintain accurate records and individual care plans, meeting company and statutory requirements.

Requirements

• 12 months post-graduate experience in a care of the elderly setting, with a focus on dementia care.
• Strong time management and prioritization skills, with the ability to provide advice and guidance to internal staff, residents, and their relatives.
• Effective problem-solving and communication skills, with a focus on report writing and care planning.
