Job Title: Maintenance Supervisor - Brentwood

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Maintenance Supervisor to join our team in Brentwood. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth delivery of maintenance services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the work of maintenance operatives to ensure efficient and effective delivery of services.
  • Conduct site visits to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and provide guidance to operatives.
  • Develop and implement maintenance schedules to ensure timely completion of tasks.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and preferences, and ensure that services are delivered to meet their expectations.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including reports and documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, and implement measures to minimize risk.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a maintenance supervisory role, with a strong understanding of maintenance operations and practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach to work.
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations and practices, with the ability to implement measures to minimize risk.
  • Ability to analyze data and identify opportunities for process improvement.
