About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join a leading construction consultancy as an Associate Director, leading a highly successful team within a non-corporate and client-focused environment.

The role involves leading a team of 5 quantity surveyors, delegating work, mentoring them through their APC, and managing stakeholder relationships. The project portfolio is diverse, including commercial, science, parking, and associated infrastructure projects. Project values range from £2m to £60m and are procured via NEC 4.

About You
  • MRICS chartered status
  • Quantity Surveying degree
  • Construction Consultancy background
  • Significant experience within the built environment
  • Experience leading/supporting a team of Quantity Surveyors
  • Comfortable managing projects and colleagues
  • Experience managing and developing relationships with clients
