Due to the expansion of our operations, we are seeking to add a dedicated Warehouse Operative to our established team within the Warehouse Despatch department. This role is based in a dynamic environment where efficiency and accuracy are paramount.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Efficiently and accurately pack products for dispatch.
  • Conduct thorough inspections of products for any defects, damages, or discrepancies prior to packaging.
  • Complete all necessary documentation in accordance with company standards.
  • Adhere to Health and Safety protocols at all times.
  • Work diligently to achieve daily production targets while maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
  • Palletise boxes to meet quality specifications.
  • Identify and report any issues or challenges encountered during the packing process, contributing to ongoing improvement initiatives.

We are looking for candidates who have prior experience in a similar role and possess strong communication skills. Being a team player is essential, as you will be part of a busy and collaborative environment.

As a successful Warehouse Operative, you will receive one-on-one support to familiarize yourself with our processes and procedures. This position is ideal for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced packing environment and can work efficiently to meet deadlines.
