We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Warehouse Team Leader to lead our outbound team in ensuring efficient and effective operations. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for managing daily operations, driving continuous improvements, and maintaining high service levels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the outbound team to achieve operational excellence, quality, and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with the Department Manager to analyze logistics processes and workflows, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes.
  • Ensure optimal product availability and picking, while maintaining a cost-efficient and sustainable operation.
  • Conduct inventory counts and identify risks and issues, reporting to the Department Manager to support resolution.
  • Responsible for conducting formal HR processes in line with company policy.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in operational DC outbound roles, with a strong understanding of warehouse management systems.
  • Hands-on approach to workflow management and problem resolution, with a focus on continuous improvement.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills, with the ability to empower and develop team members.
  • Agile mindset, with a positive attitude to change and growth.
