- Assist in testing and quality assurance, preparing documents and coordinating with management to resolve issues within required timeframes.
- Train client technical staff, system matter experts, and end-users on the best use of our application, ensuring successful knowledge transfer.
- Document project system setup and deliverables in implementation reports, providing valuable insights for future improvements.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field, such as Computer Science or Engineering.
- 5-10 years of experience in a technology environment, with a strong background in cloud-based technologies and industry standards.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate technical information for audiences with varying degrees of technical knowledge.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess client needs and management requirements, and creatively provide solutions that address those needs.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong work ethic and a drive to create value in a growing organization.
- Knowledge of JavaScript, REST, JSON, XSLT, SOAP, WSDL, and database administration, with experience in Oracle, PostgreSQL, and SQL Server.
- Familiarity with ERP, PLM, CRM, WMS, or MES systems, as well as Web Services, Service Oriented Architecture, and Web Based UIs.
- Ability to manage system and network management issues, with knowledge of LDAPs, Single Sign-On, SSL, Networks, Webservers, Application servers, and Tomcat.
