We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Production Operative to join our dynamic team at Time Recruitment Solutions Ltd. As a key member of our manufacturing operations, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth production process and timely delivery of our products.
Key Responsibilities:- Set up equipment and machinery for production runs, adhering to batch sheet instructions.
- Measure, weigh, and mix raw materials into vessels, monitoring meters and instrument readings as necessary.
- Pack and load finished items into containers, labeling them with batch numbers and completing all paperwork accurately.
- Clean production tanks and report equipment or production process issues to supervisors or maintenance engineers.
- Assist with loading and unloading vehicles or tankers, utilizing internal databases for goods tracking and reporting discrepancies.
- Maintain a clean and tidy work area, adhering to fire safety procedures and reporting property damage.
- Operate forklifts safely and responsibly.
- Prior experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred.
- PC literacy for data input and order checking.
- Self-motivation with keen attention to detail.
Additional Information:
Full induction and necessary Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) will be provided. During the initial training period, the working hours will be Monday to Friday from 08:30 to 17:00 for a duration of 4 weeks. Following the completion of this training period, the shift schedule will transition as follows:
- First Two Weeks: Monday to Friday from 08:00 to 16:30
- Subsequent Two Weeks: Monday to Friday from 15:00 to 23:30
Rotating every 2 weeks.
