About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as an Apprentice Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to our clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients, responding to their queries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist with administrative duties, including data entry and record-keeping.
- Support the customer service team in achieving sales targets and improving customer satisfaction.
- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge in customer service.
Requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Desirable: Maths and English GCSE or equivalent at grade C or above.
