About the Role

G2 Legal is seeking a highly skilled Personal Injury Paralegal to join their team in a full-time permanent position. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for investigating cases at the pre-litigation stage, gathering evidence, and supporting principal fee earners in case preparation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Investigate cases at the pre-litigation stage and gather evidence
  • Support principal fee earners in case preparation
  • Manage complex, specialized cases related to historical abuse and injuries resulting from violent crimes or harassment
  • Approach cases with care, sensitivity, and empathy due to their sensitive nature

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in general or specialized personal injury law, civil litigation, or a commercial litigation background
  • Strong litigation knowledge and ability to provide support to clients
  • Ability to manage and support their own caseloads
