At Chadwick Nott - South West and South Wales, we are seeking a highly skilled Senior Associate to join our team in Bristol. As a leading law firm, we have a well-established client base and a strong reputation for excellence in professional negligence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Defend liability claims against professionals, including solicitors, insurance brokers, accountants, and financial advisers.
  • Provide advice and representation on regulatory issues, risk management, and Ombudsman complaints.
  • Advise insurers on policy coverage aspects of claims.
  • Work closely with our team to deliver exceptional results for our clients.

About You:

  • 5+ years of PQE in professional indemnity litigation.
  • Excellent knowledge of legal procedures and a strong understanding of the professional negligence landscape.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • A commitment to delivering exceptional results and exceeding client expectations.
