At AYS System, we're committed to creating exceptional urban lifestyles and stronger communities. As a key member of our team, the Security and Fire Alarm Systems Installer will play a vital role in coordinating the installation of security and fire alarm systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Install, test, and repair security and fire alarm systems to ensure seamless functionality.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their system requirements and provide expert recommendations and cost estimates.
  • Utilize blueprints and building plans to determine the most suitable systems for each project.
  • Run wiring and circuits, install hardware, and connect electrical wires with precision.
  • Inspect and test systems, batteries, and electrical wiring, making adjustments and repairs as needed.
  • Replace malfunctioning hardware to maintain system integrity.
  • Ensure all systems comply with electrical and fire codes.
  • Deliver clear explanations and demonstrations of system function and operation to end-users.

Required Skills and Abilities:

  • Extensive knowledge of security and fire alarm systems and installation methodologies.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to tackle complex system issues.
  • Ability to read and interpret installation and system manuals.
  • Proficiency in reading blueprints and building plans.
  • Thorough understanding of electrical and fire codes.
  • Skilled in using hand and power tools for hardware installation.
