About the Role

Your new company is a well-established manufacturing business in South Leicestershire, known for its exceptional staff retention and strong team culture.

As a Finance Manager, you will be part of a dynamic team that supports the financial controller in leading the way in costs, monthly reporting, budgeting, and business partnering for the site.

The team has undergone recent changes, and as a strong people leader, you will play a key role in supporting them through this transition while taking charge of day-to-day accounts.

What You'll Need
  • Experience as a Finance Manager or Management Accountant in a manufacturing environment
  • Robust stakeholder management skills and comfort with change management
  • Qualifications are desirable but not essential
