Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, implement, and manage corrective and preventive maintenance to ensure the site's high quality standards and assets are maintained.
  • Manage small civils projects, including identifying problem areas and ensuring an efficient and effective maintenance service.
  • Review and approve contractor induction, risk assessment, and method statements prior to any work being undertaken on site.
  • Assess and agree completion of work with 3rd party contractors.

Requirements:

  • Multi-skilled with electrical, mechanical, and/or air conditioning qualifications.
  • Sound knowledge and experience of building services and health and safety requirements.
  • Mechanical or electrical skills through time served apprenticeship or relevant experience with relevant practical experience.
