Role Overview and Key Responsibilities:

The selected candidate will report to the Head of Change Portfolio Management and will serve as the dedicated Programme Delivery Specialist for at least one of the CTO Areas.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders, Project and Programme Sponsors & Transformation Leads across all CTO Portfolios.
  • Act as the key intermediary between Areas and the Central Programme Management function.
  • Ensure the successful delivery of the Area's portfolio outcomes in alignment with organizational strategic requirements and priorities.
  • Work closely with Area stakeholders to drive accurate and timely plans.
  • Provide Area's portfolio health reports to senior management.
  • Identify Risks and Issues for the Area and report them to Central Programme Management.
  • Ensure compliance with established frameworks and standards.
  • Support Area's planning activities and monitor resource supply and demand requirements.
  • Ensure coordination of Area's programmes with other N Consulting Ltd programmes.
  • Monitor the Area's Programmes/Portfolios/projects without direct ownership.

Essential Skillset/Experience:

  • Proficient in programme management frameworks and methodologies.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to deliver shared outcomes.
  • Effective stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Leadership skills to engage and unify diverse teams.
  • Knowledge of financial planning processes and project accounting principles.
  • Experience in programme and project management methods.
  • Continuous improvement mindset.
  • Understanding of technology infrastructure products and platforms.
  • Proficient in reporting skills for CTO level within N Consulting Ltd.
