About the Role

Hunter AHP is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Crisis Psychiatric Nurse to join our team in Greater Manchester. As a Crisis Team Member, you will be working alongside our professional Community Psychiatric Nurses to provide high-quality patient care and support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide crisis intervention and support to patients in need
  • Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
  • Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify patient needs and develop effective interventions
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, families, and caregivers to ensure comprehensive care
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on best practices and evidence-based interventions
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Current and valid registration with the NMC
  • Proven experience in a Crisis Team or similar setting
