Senior Orthopaedic Physiotherapist - Weekend Inpatient Team

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Orthopaedic Physiotherapist to join our Inpatient Weekend Team. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality physiotherapy care to patients undergoing orthopaedic rehabilitation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough assessments and develop individualised treatment plans for patients with musculoskeletal (MSK) conditions, orthopaedic rehabilitation needs, hydrotherapy, respiratory, gynaecology, colorectal, and general surgical care.
  • Provide evidence-based physiotherapy interventions to optimise patient recovery and functional outcomes.
  • Lead hydrotherapy sessions and implement specialised physiotherapy programmes tailored to inpatient needs.
  • Maintain accurate patient records and contribute to the advancement of physiotherapy practice through professional development activities.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Physiotherapy.
  • Minimum of 2 years of post-qualification experience in the UK, as a physiotherapist with significant experience in MSK, orthopaedic rehabilitation, hydrotherapy, respiratory, gynaecology, colorectal, and general surgical care.
