Job Summary

This is a fantastic opportunity for a qualified solicitor or chartered legal executive to join a leading global insurance law firm as a Healthcare Solicitor. The firm is currently recruiting a candidate with 0-4 years PQE to join their Healthcare team in one of their UK offices.

About the Role

As a Healthcare Solicitor, you will be responsible for handling your own caseload of clinical negligence matters from inception to conclusion on behalf of NHS Resolution. You will provide expert legal advice on clinical negligence claims, including drafting, reviewing, and negotiating case documents.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle a high-volume caseload of clinical negligence matters
  • Provide expert legal advice on clinical negligence claims
  • Draft, review, and negotiate case documents
  • Work closely with the Healthcare team to achieve business objectives

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must be a qualified solicitor or chartered legal executive with 0-4 years PQE. Previous experience handling high-volume clinical negligence caseloads is essential. You must also have strong advocacy skills and excellent drafting and negotiating ability.
