About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Assistant Manager to join our team at Retail Jobs UK Limited. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales associates and contributing to the overall success of our store.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service
- Assist in the management of store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and loss prevention
- Work closely with the Store Manager to develop and implement sales strategies and promotions
- Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and colleagues
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Team Leader/Manager in a retail environment, preferably in a lifestyle or customer-focused brand
- Strong knowledge of product and ability to provide excellent customer service
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
- Passion for delivering great customer service and driving sales growth
