Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented individual to join our Housekeeping Team as a Bank Cleaner/Domestic. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and safety of our care homes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure Cleanliness and Safety
    • Clean bedrooms, bathrooms, and communal areas to a high standard at all times.
    • Undertake deep cleans as required on a rota basis, including floors, soft furnishings, fixtures, fittings, windows, and walls.
    • Dispose of rubbish and maintain a clean and organized environment.
  • Report Maintenance Issues
    • Identify and report any equipment failure or maintenance issues in line with our policies and procedures.
  • Engage with Residents
    • Participate in meaningful activities with residents, promoting independence, choice, dignity, and respect at all times.
