At David Lloyd Leisure, we're seeking a passionate and qualified Reformer Pilates instructor to join our team. As a Reformer Pilates instructor, you'll have the creative freedom to design engaging and challenging workouts for our members.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Teach Reformer Pilates classes to small groups, ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for all participants.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Reformer Pilates principles and techniques.
  • Communicate effectively with members, providing clear instructions and feedback.
  • Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment.
Requirements:
  • Hold a minimum of a Level 3 Pilates Mat Instructor Qualification or a Reformer certification with a recognized training organization.
  • Value ongoing education and mentorship to stay up-to-date with the latest research and trends.
  • Understand the importance of safety and maintain a safe class environment.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and motivate.
  • Ability to adapt classes to accommodate a wide range of ages and abilities.
