Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor to lead and grow our thriving Commercial Property Department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing a wide range of commercial property matters, including commercial conveyancing, commercial leases, secured lending, and development agreements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of commercial property clients and provide expert advice on commercial property law.
  • Lead and grow our Commercial Property Department, developing and implementing strategies to increase revenue and market share.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to deliver high-quality legal services to clients, ensuring excellent client relationships and satisfaction.
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in commercial property law and regulations, providing expert guidance to clients and colleagues.
  • Manage and develop a team of commercial property solicitors, providing training and support to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in commercial property law within a reputable law firm.
  • Proficiency in all legal aspects related to commercial property, including conveyancing, leasing, development agreements, and disposals.
  • Ability to convey complex information clearly and effectively, coupled with excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Keen eye for detail, with the ability to manage workloads effectively under pressure.
  • Capable of working independently while also contributing positively to team dynamics.
  • High degree of commercial awareness, with the ability to adapt to changing circumstances and client needs.
