About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Civil Engineer to join our team as a Superstructure and Frame Engineer. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for assisting in the design, coordination, and management of sub-contractors employed in various trades within the respective area of works.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil engineering, construction management, or a related field, with proven working experience on a construction site environment. You will be knowledgeable of building products, construction details, and relevant rules, regulations, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the design, coordination, and management of sub-contractors
  • Interface with internal departments and external agencies, such as Architects, Engineers, Construction Workers, Sub-contractors, Client agents, Clerk of Works, and Site Staff
  • Organize and conduct regular site progress meetings with sub-contractors to monitor progress, quality, and safety
  • Prepare a 3-week look-ahead programme with assistance from the project planner
