Cribba is a global management consultancy firm that is rapidly growing and expanding its services in the digital risk and cybersecurity sector. We are seeking an experienced Partner to join our team and contribute to our success.
The Role
We are looking for a seasoned consulting Partner who will join our Digital Risk and Cyber (DRC) leadership team. The ideal candidate will have a strong network and be comfortable in winning new business, growing accounts, and leading project delivery teams. This is a key growth area for our business, and we expect our DRC division to play a significant role in our future success.
- Lead sales and business development initiatives and act as part of the DRC leadership team, with a target revenue of £2 million per year. This will involve working closely with senior executives, including CFOs, COOs, CISOs, and Heads of Technology, across various organizations.
- Develop strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders through excellent communication skills.
- Have extensive experience in regulatory environments and a focus on digital risk and cybersecurity.
- Be able to build and lead high-performing teams as a trusted and respected leader.
The Ideal Candidate
We are looking for a candidate with:
- At least 8 years of experience in management consulting or a related field, with a strong focus on digital risk and cybersecurity.
- Proven track record of winning new business, delivering against targets, and mentoring delivery teams.
- Relevant qualifications, such as CISM and CISSP.
