Job Summary:

Main Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain relationships with clients to understand their property needs and provide tailored solutions
  • Stay up-to-date with local property market trends and developments to provide expert advice to clients
  • Collaborate with the central support team to ensure seamless communication and coordination with clients
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve successful sales outcomes

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in property valuation and sales
  • Strong knowledge of local property market trends and developments
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
