Financial Analyst

JHE & Partners Ltd is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Assistant Accountant to join their team in Keighley. As a key member of the finance team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day accounting activities, including processing transactions, preparing accounts, and managing intercompany balances.

Main Responsibilities:

• Monthly management reporting and analysis
• Processing staff payroll and staff pensions
• Preparing monthly management accounts, including VAT returns and year-end activities
• Managing intercompany balances and reconciliations
• Managing sales and purchase ledger
• Reconciling multiple bank accounts
• Completing month-end tasks and balance sheet reconciliations
• Liaising with external accountants and communicating with departments
• Managing prepayments and accruals
• Managing petty cash

Requirements:

• 3 years of accounting experience
• AAT qualified or equivalent
• Experience with accounting software and SAP Manufacturing
