Role Overview:
We are seeking a remote Apprenticeship Program Coordinator on a fixed-term contract who possesses exceptional attention to detail and proficiency in software applications such as Microsoft Excel and Word. In this role, you will play a vital part in assisting the compliance team to ensure the effective delivery of CITB apprenticeships in accordance with the relevant funding agency agreements. You will collaborate with colleagues and employers to uphold compliant delivery documentation as per the established contract.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the compliance team in gathering data from various reports, contributing to daily operations and project initiatives.
- Verify learner files to confirm that essential components are present and ready for both internal and external audits.
- Communicate with training delivery and support personnel to ensure the accuracy of background data and the integrity of information entered into systems.
- Aid in the organization and storage of pertinent information and documents from diverse sources and teams, including data collection.
- Monitor relevant email accounts, addressing and escalating inquiries as necessary.
- Conduct mail merges and update tracking systems in accordance with internal protocols.
- Ensure that monthly Off the Job evidence for all learners aligns with their Training plans and is maintained consistently.
- Contribute to the Issues Log, providing updates and notifications to the Contracts and Compliance Team.
