Futures is seeking a highly skilled SHE Manager to join a leading global food manufacturer. This is an exciting opportunity for a professional to take on a strategic role in ensuring the company's health, safety, and environmental standards are met.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HSE, with experience in planning and implementing projects. They will be responsible for developing and reviewing SHE objectives, communicating with senior management, and providing coaching and support to site staff.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a strategic framework for managing health, safety, and environmental standards
- Review and monitor SHE objectives, making recommendations for improvement
- Communicate with and influence senior management on SHE matters
- Provide coaching, specialist advice, and practical support on SHE matters to all site staff
- Stay up-to-date with new SHE legislation and best practices
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years' experience in a HSE role in a food manufacturing environment
- NEBOSH or equivalent qualification
- Experience in planning and implementing projects
- Strong interpersonal and people management skills, with experience influencing senior stakeholders
