About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our dynamic team. As a member of our team, you will spend your first 8-12 weeks mastering our cutting-edge applications through our comprehensive training program. Once trained, you will support our new and existing customers in a blend of project work and active technical support, where you will be required to work closely with our customers and other internal teams to implement new projects and action requests in an efficient and timely manner.
Key Responsibilities
- Investigate and resolve technical issues
- Set bespoke configurations for new customers
- Support existing customers with any changes
- Utilize problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask
