The Role
  • You will oversee the management of our team of freelance group exercise staff, ensuring we have the best individuals delivering our classes.
  • As a natural leader, you'll understand what makes a gym floor great and motivate your teams to push boundaries through slick fitness journey delivery, vibrant classes, and amazing personal training.
  • You'll be responsible for upskilling your fitness team in the use of cutting-edge technology, including Myzone & Mywellness, and giving them the opportunity to develop their group exercise passion through high-calibre fitness training programs from Les Mills, Hiit Company, Zumba, and many more.
  • You'll sustain a working environment that supports the company's objective of consistently delivering excellent standards of service and meeting and exceeding customer expectations.
  • You'll operate cost control measures without compromising quality of service.
  • You'll ensure the department operates at optimum efficiency with a required number of trained fitness staff to meet business needs and exceeds statutory requirements in respect of health & safety standards.
  • You'll assist members and prospective members in a friendly, courteous, and professional manner, monitoring member and guest satisfaction through reflective feedback. In the absence of the Leisure Club Manager, you'll deal with complaints/problems politely and make every effort to resolve these.
