Store Manager Opportunity

Job Type: Full Time - 40 hours per week

23.5 Degrees Ltd is seeking an experienced and passionate Store Manager to lead our team. Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and direct a team of Baristas, Shift Managers, and Assistant Managers to deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Manage back-office processes, including labour, scheduling, recruitment, stock ordering, and stock counts, to achieve outstanding results.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and improve store performance.
  • Collaborate with the management team to achieve business objectives and implement company-wide initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Assistant Manager or Store Manager with a background in retail/hospitality
  • Passion for providing world-class customer service and ability to work in a fast-paced customer-focused environment
  • Team development skills and proven coaching experience to coach team members
  • Effective communication skills to lead and direct the team
