Role Overview

As a Technical Coordinator, you will oversee a technical role involving 10 acres of public realm and the delivery of over 3,500 homes, ensuring projects are completed on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Your leadership will motivate teams to perform at their best.

Key Responsibilities

  • Advocate for health, safety, and environmental practices in accordance with company policies.
  • Ensure the quality of design documentation and address any discrepancies.
  • Deliver design packages punctually and accurately, producing reports to track progress against the design schedule.
  • Confirm that all consultant agreements, including scopes of work and payment terms, are finalized before any payments are processed.

Qualifications Required

  • A relevant professional qualification such as a Degree, HNC/HND, or NVQ Level 5.
  • Chartered Membership of a recognized professional body (e.g., RICS, CIOB, CIAT, RIBA).
  • A proactive management approach with the ability to lead and coordinate design teams on complex sites.
  • Strong people management skills, providing feedback, guidance, and support to direct reports.

Essential Skills
