About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Composite Laminator to join our team at Teledyne CML Composites. As a key member of our production team, you will play a crucial role in the manufacture of high-quality composite parts for the aerospace industry.
About You:
To excel in this role, you should possess the following attributes:
- Technical Expertise: You will have a strong understanding of composite materials and manufacturing processes, including lay-up, vacuum bagging, and resin infusion techniques.
- Attention to Detail: You will have precision, attention to detail, and take pride in following complex technical drawings and specifications accurately.
- Manual Dexterity: You will have excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity, enabling you to perform intricate tasks with precision and care.
- Problem-Solving: You will be able to identify and resolve problems effectively, supporting the smooth production processes.
- Teamwork: You will be able to collaborate well with others, communicate effectively, and contribute to a positive and productive team atmosphere.
- Health and Safety: You will comply with all Health & Safety measures within the Cleanroom and the wider organisation, prioritizing a safe work environment.
