Overview

We're seeking a highly motivated Azure Infrastructure Cloud Solution Architect to join our Global Customer Success organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement cloud infrastructure solutions for large-scale enterprise environments.
  • Develop and maintain deep technical relationships with senior IT executives and grow data services in large or highly strategic accounts.
  • Assess customers' knowledge of Azure platform and overall cloud readiness to support customers through a structured learning plan.
  • Collaborate with the Product group to integrate the latest advancements and drive high-priority customer initiatives.
  • Provide end-to-end technical guidance and expertise to customers and internal stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Deep domain expertise of cloud infrastructure solutions, including Windows and Linux IaaS, SAP, BCDR, Security, Management, Storage, Networking, and containers.
  • Experience in consultative, migration, modernization, and deployment projects, managing various stakeholder relationships to get consensus on solutions.
  • Proven track record of building deep technical relationships with senior IT executives and growing data services in large or highly strategic accounts.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a high degree of comfort with both large and small audiences.
